Title: POST /bank hackathon //2016 - 7 Cities in Germany - BitShares Munich / Echo is a

Hi BitShares Munich will support the upcoming Post /bank hackathon and I am looking for an IT-expert in Germany. Someone who could provide BitShares API support at three events in Germany. We need you in Cologne, Berlin or Stuttgart!

The Hackathon is for free! Unfortunately, we cannot send someone ourselves but I think it would be a great opportunity for you to meet tons of new people, introduce them to the BitShares ecosystem and have a lot of fun!

Hi Chris,
I have two questions.

1. I am trying to find BitShares Wallet on iOS App Stores (JPN), but nothing comes out. Is the app only available in certain countries?

2. Is BitShares Wallet & Echo Wallet the same app, or is it a completely different project?

Not really the right thread, but I will answer you questions.

1. Currently, the BitShares Wallet is only available in the Google Play Store. We have tried for 6 weeks to convince Apple to add our BitShares wallet to the App store. No chance at the moment. The app is finished but we are not allowed to add it to the store according to current Apple App store regulations. Ken documented our conversation with Apple in our forum thread.

2. The BitShares Wallet and ECHO are two completely different projects. Both are based on the same technology but focus on different target groups. The BitShares wallet target BitShares main user, ECHO targes the mass market.

This Hackathon is going to be HUGE and would be even better than a Meetup to show off Bitshares' technology.
 
Can one of you guys hook up with us there? Maybe someone from CH, PL or even CZ regions could come out for this event??
