Title: HOME DOESN'T OPEN

I can log in with backup .bin file and password but it doesn't open to my account
Instead of HOME it says Create Account

Ok I'll change my question
I created an Openledger account , backup it (.bin file)
When I go back to my account , it asks for back up and password , I login
BUT... I'm not in my home page. My username is not there, I can do no changes or activities ,  although I can open and close the padlock.
It's like being in LIMBO
Any ideas what is going on ? I heard of several with same problem, so I'm not alone
PS.Actually I'm asking this for a friend

Can you go into the wallet management console under settings and check if you have multiple wallets there? If so, try changing between them and do a refresh to see if your account comes back.

When you only see the "Create account" button instead of Home, it means you have a wallet but no accounts.

ok, now that's weird
Account was created and function a couple of days ago
That's why I have the backup .bin file

If you can't see "Home" try to refresh the page a few times, I don't know if this is the issue in your case.
