Title: 404 Broken link on bitshares.org/download

I did a google search for Bitshares wallet, google pointed me here:

http://bitshares.org/download/

I click "Windows"

It sends me to this link:

404 - file not found

https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-2/releases/download/2.0.160524b/BitShares-light_2.0.160524b.exe

That can't be good.  We're showing a 404 when people want to download a wallet.

thanks .. fixed it.

It is not the latest version though .. @dannotestein, could you create a new windows executable?
