Title: Does BitShares still have prediction markets

just an idea thats stuck in my head and would like to put out there.

1. Prediction market: will Steem overtake Ethereum by the end of the year.
2. Tutorial on how this Prediction market was done, and how to bet on the Prediction market. to get posted on steemit

Though settling a prediction market is yet available from the GUI .. you would need the cli_wallet for that

will wait for the GUI
it was more a idea of showing people on steemit what bitshares can do.
plus its a good bet to make :)
