How? I want send steem directly to Poloniex. I must include my own memo. How to do it?

The only way to do it now is to first send it to your steem wallet, then send it from your steem wallet to poloniex. We're working on some code to allow sending memos on withdrawals from steem, but it will likely be a few more days before we can release it.
