Title: OPENPOS: How we kickstarted a new Blockchain company together.

Dear OPENPOS supporters,

Rodrigo, Ken and I want to thank you personally for your early support and your trust in our vision. Thanks to you, we were able to build this new company from the ground and have developed several products for the Bitshares, Steem and Blockchain communities. We definitely would not stand here without your early Support.

Since Christmas 2015 we were able to build:

- BitShares Wallet for Android
- BitShares Wallet for iOS (was denied by Apple (just like Mycelium), but code is on github)
- Smartcoins Wallet for Android
- BlockPay “S”
- BlockPay for Odoo

We are now starting our Pre-ICO with “BLOCKPAY” tokens and plan to use the funds for the following:

1. Launch of BlockPay “S” in Google Play and BlockPay for Odoo
2. Additional BlockPay integrations into leading Point Of Sale systems
3. Development of BlockPay API
4. Adding more Fiat Gateways, Exchanges and Escrow Services
5. Development and introduction of Stealth transfers
6. Development and launch of ECHO for Android and iOS
7. Development of native iOS BlockPay “S”
8. Adding new features to BlockPay and ECHO
9. Building Digital Payment Infrastructure for the Future


What does that mean for OPENPOS holders?
We offer all current OPENPOS holders the unique opportunity to exchange their tokens 1:1.20, starting August 20th. We will buy back 100 OPENPOS for 120 BLOCKPAY, and  If you invested early on, you tripled your investment since Christmas.

We are going to invest more than 600,000 BLOCKPAY tokens to buy back the old OPENPOS tokens and give you all a 3 day prior early bird access. Rodrigo, Ken and I are looking forward to your future support and we can't wait to deliver BlockPay, Echo and Stealth over the next few months for you.

OPENPOS will still maintain its original function.  It will receive 50% of all fee's generated by the Oodoo terminals.  This works out to OPENPOS having nearly 200x the earning power when it comes to Oodoo fees vs Blockpay.

OPENPOS will keep its function. We offer our early supporters a chance to upgrade to BlockPay tokens. We realized over the last months that we want to share the profits from all our products and not create separate tokens for BlockPay, Echo, and Stealth. You want to have a share of Apple Inc, and not of IMac Inc.

Yes, correct. But please also consider that Odoo is a niche player in terms of POS Systems. Odoo has over 60,000 Business Partners who use their software to manage their business and some business has hundreds of stores all over the country. In comparison to the big players with +200,000 Business Partners the Odoo market will be limited. We already started to talk to more POS System provider for future integration, including Shopify and more. BlockPay tokens give you the chance to participate with our global business.

In conclusion, we want to give you as many options as possible. We are super grateful for your great support and pay back as much as we can!

Thank you Abit. These three accounts are not from us. All our accounts are registered by kencode or chris4210.  Ken and I will publish a list of all official BitShares Munich accounts. I learned myself how painful it is to send funds to the wrong account.  Please pay attention and always check the receiver account.

Hi i've seen some people sending OPEN ETH/BTC to ico.blockpay address, i want to participate too but i believed at this time only OPENPOS was accepted, i'm correct or you are offering this deal also to donors in other cryptos? ???

First of all thanks for don't answer my last question  ::) today i recieved the blockpay pre-ico tokens only 78.21 but i send to the ico.blockpay account 60 OPEN.POS and 0.1 BTC in the first tier of pre.ico, the numbers don't match  >:(  here are the TX of transactions Tx c6c6329bf63ceaa059ccbe1799b852bf2d69a50c@8996473 and Tx 893eb12b78a935ba7c53af3100c37dd3d68633cb@8996594 can someone clarify this to me or provide some support thanks.

There were also some OPENPOS investors that knew the BLOCKPAY conversion offer but decided to not opt-in.
