Does anyone know who's behind that? Seems to be a BitShares clone or at least Graphene-based.

Isn´t there an E-Dinar Blockchain project from the Saudi Arabia Blockchain Accelerators? I mean to read something about that.  In which way is it a Graphene fork?

I see, their webwallet and chain is a fork of bts 2.0 ... Time to look closer.
