Title: AGS to BTS
Post by: oco101 on September 08, 2016, 04:38:18 pm
Hi guys,

How can I import my  multibit key, that I used to donate to AGS, to my Bitshare wallet ? Is there a manual with instruction ?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks you

You need to import your AGS keys in the old client first, then make an export for BTS 2 by following the guide here: http://docs.bitshares.eu/bitshares/migration/howto-exporting-wallet.html#bitshares-1-0-full-client.

Ok I'm slowly downloading the legacy blockchain now.  What happens if I don't have an old wallet?   There is no way to import my AGS to the new wallet? I have the pts wallet but don't have  an old bitshare wallet . Thanks

I also have this problem, there are so many issues and bugs with importing legacy wallets, seems BTS devs don;t care about their original investors enough to offer support or assistance.

I hope you get sorted, because importing from 0.9.3c is seemingly broken, this forum is FULL of people asking the same thing and being ignored. I'd fit to give up at this point.
