Title: metaexchange open source bridge/gateway

It's pity to see metaexchange is close.

bridge/gateway is important part of bitshares ecosystem. but there is no open source gateway for bts2.

I found metaexchange on github: https://github.com/wildbunny/metaexchange , it seem for bts 1.0? does anybody known the author, can open source the latest code? thanks for any help.

I also found the plan is canceled: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19351.0.html

or there is other gateway? thanks a lot.

Metaexchange should leave the code for community in case someone else wants to use it.
