Hi community :-)  I'm a long-term fan of the bitshares project, I've been waiting for a few key elements that have been discussed before, wondering if and how well they're coming along. If anyone is aware of the progress and can speak on it, I would greatly appreciate.

1. The ability to deposit Bitcoin to the Bitshares protocol/witnesses.

2. Leveraged trade on the DEX

3. The ability to code simple contracts that automatically execute based on certain conditions.


Also wondering if anyone here has thought of starting a legit US Banking institution specifically to interface with Bitshares or whatever else.
