Title: Regulation-compatible cryptoasset issuance
Post by: Mouyou on February 06, 2017, 11:40:27 am
Hello,
I need a crypto currency for my video-on-demand-platform. The platform is in progress and will be online at the end of this year. Our user should be able to transfer money in his account and then be able to buy videos on our platform without transaction costs. The coin will represent the money which gets deposit in our companies bank account by our user. The revenue will get distributed to the content creators account (75%) and to our companies account (25%).
I need a Regulation-compatible crypto asset for Europe. How much would a crypto asset integration in our platform cost? are there running costs involved? Which license do I need or is it better to work with regulated exchanges so that I don't need a license? What else do I have to consider?
Kind regards,
Mouyou

Regulation depends on the country where you're located. "Europe" is not specific enough.

In Germany I'd say forget it - you need a banking license if you want to keep funds on behalf of your customers, and you need a banking license to issue digital currency tokens.

In any case, please consult a lawyer first, and come back to the forum if you have technical questions. :-)

Not possible. Not in crypto anyways. You can always give a whirl with the 4 year old Casinocoin.
