Title: "Copy of either utility or electricity bill" from friends apartment?

Hello bitguys


I'm about to verify account to deposit USD.

But the "Copy of either utility or electricity bill" part...
I live at a friends apartment. So the bill here, doesn't have my name on it of course.

So how do we get past this verification?

It is not Bitshares.org that is asking for your ID card and other info.
Bitshares.org is only a webwallet allowing you to access the features available on the Bitshares blockchain from your browser.

It is one of the fiat gateways (operating on the Bitshares blockchain) which will receive and hold your USD into their bank account that is asking for this.

ID verification is only necessary when dealing with fiat, if you were to deposit a cryptocurrency (e.g. BTC), there would be no need to verify yourself.
