Can someone please advise why the following witnesses are still voted since they have provided wrong feeds and do not update regularly?

USD FEEDS:
delegate-clayop   2 days ago   31.9   
jerryliu                   2 days ago   39.3   
datasecuritynode   7 days ago   72.1

dsn +clayop not even voted in.
