Title: Error when claiming balance from 0.9.3c

Hello,

Today I was trying to import the private keys from the 0.9.3c wallet into the 2.0 wallet. The import operation works fine and I can see the unclaimed balances.
But when I tried to claim those balances to my account, I got an error saying "Error claiming balance: AssertionError: Missing cipher text" on the top right corner of the application.

Does anyone know what that error means and how to fix it?
