If you created the bitshares address that you are searching for before Nov 2015, then they are BTS 1.0 shares.
These are redeemable 1:1 for BTS 2.0 bts.
But you have to import them.

I must be dumb, I cannot manage to use cryptofresh
Could anyone search this for me please?
I am looking for a transaction of 153 500 BTS toward the following address on the 16 May 2017:
BTS7oJ5icgrbMRdzGSKau1NKQqxmYsMRa6rnHsZdxArjCVPWnvi3D (it's bter address)
I would like to know the tx id.

Erm .. on bitshares2 you cannot transfer to a public key but only to a named account

OK so I have made a withdraw from Poloniex to the public key of Bter...
The BTS no longer appear on my BTS account.
Does that mean the funds are lost?

It means your withdrawal request can not be processed as long as account name BTS7oJ5icgrbMRdzGSKau1NKQqxmYsMRa6rnHsZdxArjCVPWnvi3D is not registered.
In short: contact poloniex support

There is no money on the stock exchange. The money was not received on the wallet. Poloniex does not answer.

The money returned to my account on the stock exchange in about 84 hours from the date of the request.
