Title: Newbie- Unable to Trade, Withdraw Btc or Ltc

Hello Friends!! I'm new to Openledger.io and been having problems for 3 days now.
I'm unable to Buy/Sell, or Even withdraw my Btc or Ltc..
can someone please help me?
I have emailed Support many times and even Twitted on Twitter as well, no reply except once and it wasn't very helpful.
