Title: How To Register A Premium Name With A Unique Seed?

I would like a premium name.  However, if a lifetime member registers it for me, it looks like it shares the same seed as that lifetime members wallet.

Is it possible to register a premium name with it's own unique seed?

A lifetime member can register an account for you if you give him a public key. You can derive that key from your own seed.
