It's my pleasure to now let everyone know that we are working on a BitShares Blockchain Foundation.

The official web page can be found on

  http://bitshares.foundation

The foundation starts with 3 major "services":
It is also our pleasure that we are going to start with Peter Conrad's (@pc) worker that is going to implement BSIP18 for bitasset recovery.
Of course, we are hoping for the worker to be accepted and approved by the BitShares shareholders once it is created.

@all: Please register you email address with the mailing lists you are most interested in joining. Those mailing lists are public (except a
few foundation internal and security related lists) and archived on http://lists.bitshares.foundation.

Looking forward to grow BitShares to it's true potential!

Oh hell yeah! This is excellent news, I'll be voting for this worker proposal ASAP! :D

Very interesting that we'll be able to provide bitUSD worker escrow so as to reduce the volatility of paying workers in BTS! Good development.

Keep up the great work :)

It's great that finally we have a foundation too, it will definitely increase the efficiency of the whole Bitshares  network.

Just so you guys are aware, the BBF has started fullfiling its promise by burning excess BTS that are not needed by workers.

Where is the "new" white paper that your organization was paid to write by community in 2018?
Because it is nothing there: https://github.com/bitshares-foundation/bitshares.foundation/blob/master/download/articles/BitSharesBlockchain.pdf

Where is your website? Why are you going out so silently? Community paid your organization quite a lot through the years, and now you even didn't mention that you closed
