Title: Will Bitcoin Cash be added to the BTS deposit options?

I for one would like to keep my BCH on the BTS blockchain.

Does anyone know if this option is likely to be added any time soon?

you should ask openledger guys. if they provide a gateway for it, it can be added

You don't need a gateway for it to be traded on the exchange.

then you need it to be a market pegged asset, as in bitusd or bit btc, then you need price feeds.
