Title: My wallet is no operation to lose 2bts

I have 100bts in my wallet, but now balance is 98bts. There are no any operations history!

please tell me how to settle this problem?

Looks like you paid a fee of 2 BTS to create a proposal.

Yes, maybe. But it returned an error when submitted. and ZHC was not created yet.

The proposal failed to execute because you didn't have the neccessary funds to create the asset, HOWEVER, the creation of the proposal cost 2 BTS.
