Title: Deleted permissions (Cannot make any transaction)

I deleted some permissions I have wrongly!
Now I can not make any transaction.

My user is bycz2.

What can i do?

Your account is locked. Need a hard fork to fix it (whether do this hard fork, and when will we do it, hasn't been decided yet). More info: https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-core/issues/269

We need more people to discuss to get a solution and reach consensus.
We need a BSIP for this solution in https://github.com/bitshares/bsips first, then stake holders can vote.
The more user (stake) discussing about the specification of the hard fork, the more likely it will be developed sooner.

I've made a quick search into BSIPs and do not found anything related with the issue that we've talked earlier.

That means that is needed to open one BSIP with a proposal to solve this issue?
