Title: Is BitShares blocked outside of Europe and the US?

I can not use it from any of my browsers.
This is what I see in Chrome and in Firefox:
Failed to sync with the API server

Please verify that your computer clock is correct.

Once you've synchronized your clock, please refresh this page.

If your clock is already correct, the API server you're using could be out of sync. In that case, please try a different server from the list below.

it's related to your computer.
reset your clock, change timezone to something different and change it back.
no VPN
change node

Changing nodes did not help.
As far as I know I don't use VPN.
Why should I reset my clock and change my time zone?
