Title: A wrong transfer to account paopao #7805

I have made a mistake transfer to the account paopao #7805 with 30000 bitcny. It's a great deal of money to me. Did anyone know who is the owner of this account. I want to contact him to ask my cny back.  Someone who can help I will give 100 BTS as reward. Thank you so much.

Ye I have asked. But the owner seems to be online proactively two month ago. I don't know whether he will be online again. So I just want to ask someone who know him and can help me to contact him. Just cross my fingers.
