Title: announce my yoyow seed node

As we know, the core blockchain seed nodes of the yoyow team is not enough for keeping the p2p network healthy all the way.
So we should get up  more seed nodes for peer info exchange.

Now then, announce my yoyow seed node:

My seed node server located in Canada with 100mbps bandwidth.
you can connect to my seed node with yoyow node program using the extra -s parameter, or just modify the 'config.ini' settings.
