Ezira is the distributed social media and business platform.
Ezira will enable everyone to share information and value freely. Users can share any type of content with their friends, peers, and the world by making posts to the Ezira network. It will be completely free to use, open source, and will reward users for posting content, voting on content, and contributing resources to the network. An Ezira account will give users an influential digital identity that they have complete control over. Ezira gives a voice to everyone by sorting content and electing leaders according to user votes. Businesses can raise investment capital by creating digital shares for free. Ezira is operating a crowdfunded Preliminary Coin Offering on Bitshares, using the asset EZIRA. 1,000,000 units of EZIRA will be sold at a fixed price of $0.5 bitUSD each. Funds will be used to establish a development team, and produce the Ezira software platform. Each EZIRA asset on bitshares will be allocated 1 EZIRA on the launch of the Ezira mainnet blockchain. EZIRA will hold voting power on the network to distribute content rewards, elect witnesses, marketers, developers and advocates, and will earn a dividend of 20% of newly issued EziraCoin. This corresponds to 20% of the total revenue of the network. EziraCoin will be bought and burned by network services including monthly account memberships, post promotion, and trading fees.

After reading the post it seems to me that EZIRA strives to replace BitShares by it ´s complex environment including decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.

It will need experienced coders with knowled of Graphene.
