Title: BSIP 37 proposal - Allow new asset name to end with a number

Thanks Alfredo! IMO this proposal absolutely makes sense, will support it.

I was surprised to find out those harsh limitations on asset names.
Totally agree with this proposal

Looks like a mistake when design. Assets name ending with number is very useful for predictive market.
