Title: trying to buy Eth but getting Insufficient funds event though I have BTS in acc

So I deposited $200 in BTC and trying to buy some Eth.
I dont understand why my BUY is disabled...

please help

Buy a little less. You have to leave some BTS to pay the fee.

Best if UI can sub the fee before fill in the available amount.
