Title: Questions about pool balance and core exchange rate of Smartcoin

Hi,
Please see below URL to view pool balance and core exchange rate of bitUSD.

Can you help me understand:
A. who is funding the pool balance of a smartcoin, such as bitUSD?
B. How is the core exchange rate being determined?
C. How often is the core exchange rate being updated?

A. anyone can, but the committee usually reimburses
B. by witnesses
C. as often as feeds are updated .. all the time
