Title: Committee proposals

The proposals can be found on "Proposed transactions" tab of https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/account/committee-account .

1. Collect fees collected in bitCNY and etc and send to "committee-trade" account, prepare for sale.

2. Change market fees of bitCNY and bitUSD to 0.1%, for example, when a trader would get 1000 CNY by selling another asset e.g. BTS, 1 CNY will be charged.

Collecting CNY is all fine.

For the .1% market fee, I believe we should have the fee more prominently presented to the end users.
Just asked the UI devs to look into it:

Also, for the records, it seems the proposals have been approved by the committee already.

Cryptofresh -> Page not found

The 0.1% market fee buys BTS again. Who controls these BTS? How about introducing staking for BTS and make every week an airdrop?
Staking is important for a lot of people and they are more convinced in holding BTS, when getting every week a little for free.
