While trying to borrow BTWTY

Assert Exception: !_bitasset_data->has_settlement():

What does this mean?

It means BTWTY had a black swan, you can't currently borrow it.

Oh, I thought it recovered already. Yes, explanation why the error occurred in GUI wouldn't hurt.
