Title: error on account registration

Hello!

I cannot register my bitshares account. I tried several times yesterday and today. I used different names and updated my laptop. The system shows always the same message "failed to create account - unknown error". I use Windows 7 and Chrome browser. May be this is because of my computer.. Could you please give me advise what I can do to complete the registration? May be I should update or download some programme. I wil be grateful for any help!

Hello! Thank you for your advice! I managed to create accounts on last two sites. I cannot download the backup key for my account in openledger though. The button is simply not working when I click on it.
