Title: How to put vesting balance that can be vested by other witness in my testnet

I've got a testnet to test bitshares.All BTS have been sent to an account.And I want to send it back so that other witness can vest it,but I can't find how to do that.So how can I do this thing with cli_wallet or web?

Use "reserve_asset" command in cli_wallet. With this you'll burn some "coins" owned by yourself so witnesses will get reward for producing blocks.
