Title: is there an explorer for the old prefork bitshares x style chain?
Post by: unreadPostsSinceLastVisit on April 20, 2018, 11:58:08 pm
trying to track down the cost basis for much of the bts I accumulated a long time ago. is there an explorer for the ancient, pre fork bitshares that was called bitshares x, that everybody originally claimed angelshares on?

if there's no explorer i may just be stuck trying to get the old software to work so i can track down the cost basis of bts bought on exchanges that don't exist anymore.

I am not sure about this, but the chances aren't looking good to find something live, did you do a research with https://archive.org/index.php ?

does anybody remember the URL of the old explorer, if there was one, to use in the website linked above? or the URL of the old software and I'll go dig up my old unconverted wallets? would the old software even still be able to access the transaction history with nobody maintaining the chain anymore? Am I declaring most of my BTS as a zero cost basis?

I vow to keep better records from now on. help!
