Title: [Assets] How to add an asset logo?

Some assets have logos displayed on wallet.bitshares.org (http://wallet.bitshares.org) or bitshares.openledger.info (http://bitshares.openledger.info)
How can I add logotypes for such bitshares assets (smartcoins):

Indexes:
INDEXDJI
INDEXSPX
INDEXNASDAQ

High-volatility smartcoins:
SQUARED.CNY
CUBED.CNY
and later
SQUARED.USD
CUBED.USD

Also, how to make first part of the SQUARED.CNY small, like: SQUARED.CNY?

The logos need to be added to the UI code via a pull request. You can create an issue for it in github.

The small font is only used for the prefix bit for bitasset.

Btw, what is squared / cubed?

Be advised that the use of logos may be limited and require a license. Distributing/storing them as part of the
UI-bundle has potential for legal trouble.
