Title: Public testnet is not working?

http://docs.bitshares.org/testnet/index.html is pointing to http://testnet.bitshares.eu/ but its not working? Is there no longer a public testnet available?

https://testnet.bitshares.eu is working!

docs.bitshares.org is pointing to a domain without ssl (http), while testnet MUST have ssl (https) like .eu does.

Problem: Link in outdated documentation as per disclaimer.
