Title: How to develop a asset

Hi,
i find a issue on github and my question is same, I'm trying to create user-issued assets (not market-issued assets) on my own private graphene chain using the Python code found here: http://docs.bitshares.org/bitshares/tutorials/uia-create-manual.html.  how to make that ?
