Title: NOBLE/BTS pair - What is going on?

Can anyone share or provide insight as to why this chart is like this? This looks completely manipulated.

If this is being made with a bot, the last box on the chart is an anticipation of approximate values when it will turn around for another run.

scammers

also had 100% market fee (ie steals all your money)

same guys are behind the fake proposals to replace keys and steal accounts
