Every wittness have the right to choose wihch BSIP 42, ALL BSIP 42 have passed.

BSIP42 - NO adjustment to price feed

BSIP42 - Adjust price feed dynamically


But i suggest to choose the highest price as the last feed price  from the CEX price and the dynamically feed price.

Bsip 42 has an adjusted definition of when it is considered active, please take a moment to read upon it.

0.3%？ 0.5%？ these is not the market game.

the dynamically feed price shouldn't below the cex price, when it below the cex price, it was harming the system like before.
