Title: GDEX APP (iOS、Android) version update

The latest version of GDEX APP (iOS、Android)is updated, the latest version of iOS is v0.7.4；the latest version of Android is v0.6.4

Update（2018-12-12）

Android（v0.6.4）

1. Added mortgage BTS.
2. Eliminated some invalid access nodes.
3. Fixed some bugs.

iOS（v0.7.4）

1. Added feed price data.
2. Optimized mortgage BTS.
3. Continued to eliminated some invalid access nodes.
4. Fixed some bugs.
