Title: 论坛新用户注册：请提交注册之后，联系管理员以通过审核

Due to the increased bot spam and lack of time, the forum has been locked-down. Admin approval is currently required for new account registration. If you are a new user, please contact admin for approval after registration in the forum system. Please note your account name and registration date/time when you contact.

因为持续有大量的机器人账号注册申请，管理员难以区分真实用户注册还是机器人注册，论坛目前启用了注册审核机制。如果您是新用户，请在论坛系统中注册完成之后，通过以下方式联系管理员，以通过审核：

Discord 里可以联系 fav 或者我 cnjsstong，我看 fav 他一般都在的。

论坛安装了新的插件，现在应该已经可以预防绝大多数的机器人注册了，所以目前关闭了注册审核，新用户只需要自行进行 Email 验证就可以激活账户了。
