Title: [Announcement]Change of MSSR from 1.05 to 1.02 for bitCNY

As the poll worker proposal 1.14.168 has been voted up, MSSR of bitCNY will change from 1.05 to 1.02.

The change will happen after  UTC 00:00 4th, March, 2019.

Every witness, please update your feeding script to publish 1.02 as MSSR of bitCNY, please do the job from UTC 00:00 4th, March, 2019 and finish before UTC 00:00 6th, March, 2019.

this will cause a global settlement on bitCNY, just like bitUSD

because there is nothing left, because there is no counterweight in the form of a set of bonds that can be printed on the security of a Bitshara with a fixed maturity of 1, 3, 6 months and which could be sold in a glass with a discount at the market price

and I also think that the global setlement needs to be done discretely only for those Bitshars who took a lot of risk

我刚刚问了下 很多见证人已经在更新了 不过国外现在应该是午夜吧 我想最迟明天上午应该可以
