Title: Reduce MSSR of bitCNY to 1.01

 Higher MSSR always lead to high bitCNY premium, I now suggest to reduce MSSR of bitCNY from 1.02 to 1.01,  this will benefit the whole ecosystem.

The MSSR is not the reason which cause blackswan, you should clear.

MSSR=150% or 200%, the bitusd still will go to blackswan, the reason is not the MSSR, which cause the bitusd blackswan？the bitusd market sentiment and the GS.

i want to know the bitusd who own it ? how much got back in this revive?

Please think deeply about this proposal.  It is entirely correct to reduce MSSR.

I would suggest to evaluate the very recent setting change and not rush further immediate

Support this now, bitCNY should have a lower MSSR, than bitUSD!
