firstly, it's not good to increase witness from this way.
secondly, it's a danger action to vote like this, when you or BEOS get more vote power, BEOS could take over the chain by add many self account as active witness.
lastly, you have a misunderstanding about the vote mechanism, when there are only 21 active witness, you can't add even 1 witness when you have already vote for more than 21 witness.
on the other hand, you can't reduce even 1 witness when you have already vote for less than 21 witness.
so vote for the one you support, not a random junk account please.

So your solution to avoid the threat of centralisation caused by one entity controlling 300m stake is to make it so only THAT entity can run a witness and thus totally ensure it happens.

Can we see somewhere specific rule written on what is the exact time requirement on a fix of external exchange ? Without such terms there should be no reason for vote removal.
I haven't seen any witness being removed during enforced price feed on BitUSD for BSIP42 by Jerry or anyone taking responsibility going against written document (Still there) that it should NOT BE APPLIED to bitUSD due to liquidity and lack of expertise on economics of it (data analysis).
Stop this witch hunt. Be human. We can all be nasty and say nasty things to each other. Doesn't helps to anything or anyone.

very good, seems your change decrease the witness number to 21, although beos have vote for 26 witness.

for the vote of committee, we have the same situations.
there are only 6 committee got more than 400M support without BEOS's support.
so make sure vote for no more than 11 committee, to avoid BEOS vote in 7 self account as committee.
for now they have voted in 2 account as committee without any others support.
