hello,
Two of my accounts Elain 10 and ellix-l applied for currency withdrawal nine hours before the posting, totaling 7871.655 eth, which has not yet arrived. We found that nearly 8,000 ETHs transferred to the platform have entered the platform general account 0xe4F804C70F7F7f1F7F7F7F7Cbd4AC7EB898C546b5870, but two hours ago the ETH of the platform general account was transferred to another account, resulting in the insufficient number of ETHs remaining in the platform general account, unable to pay our application for withdrawal of money, please give a reasonable explanation to the platform.

What proof do I need to provide?

You can't transfer from bitshares to eth. You must have used a gateway, which one was it and have you contacted them?

Did you use transfer/send or withdraw in the Bitshares-ui?

I used Withdraw or Legacy Withdraw option.

You will need to wait.until OpenLedger deals with your ticket.

OL Support takes 3 working days to process the ticket, then it will come back to you. 7 business days is usual wrong/missing withdrawal resolving, if it's just not processed or wrong address used. For anything more complicated up to 30 business days.
Takes time but you can get your money back, be patient and thats all.
