Title: 优化中国访问论坛速度/Optimization recommended to speed up loading time from China

中国区访问bitsharestalk速度慢，原因是在加载论坛时会加载：https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js
在中国，由于GFW的存在此链接无法访问，每次都要等到加载超时后论坛页面才能显示，时间超过40秒。
请论坛管理员为中国区进行优化：将https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js替换为：https://recaptcha.google.cn/recaptcha/api.js或https://www.recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api.js

Bitsharestalk is slow to be accessed in China, because the forum need to load the following url first:
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js
In China, this link cannot be accessed due to the GFW, and the forum page cannot be displayed until after the load timeout each time, which is more than 40 seconds.
I would like to ask the admin of bitsharestalk.org to optimize forum for China region:
replace https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js with https://recaptcha.google.cn/recaptcha/api.js or https://www.recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api.js

This is arguably the cheapest/easiest way to get new users in China.What do you think?

The worker behind that effort was 201810-bitshares-org together with the BBF for legal clarity due to GDPR (worker 201901-legal-representative).

Since it is not active and out of funds, expect some delays. Lucifer is still on it.
