Hi,
I continue to get an error message when I try to log in to my wallet. This began 1 1/2 years ago. I never had a problem during the first year after setting up my wallet.
It says invalid password. However, I am certain the PW is correct as I save it in my Google saved passwords, and I separately noted it as well.
I then tried my backup PW and got the same error message.
I next tried to restore. It accepted my PW here and my backup file, etc. It says it is ready to restore but when I click on the “restore (wallet)” button it does nothing.
When I click on Explore and put in my account name, I can see my balance etc. properly. But my password doesn’t work and I can’t find how to reset it.
Can you please assist me with resetting my password immediately?

Are you using cloud or local wallet login? Does your password start with P5..?

Have you changed your password at some point?

No I have not changed my password. Is there a way to reset my password in this situation? Or how do you suggest I access my wallet? I appreciate your help.

Ok. Did you rename your backup file maybe?

No, I haven't changed anything. I don't even know how to change them.
