我觉得你做事真的很草率，原来的规则也不是用不了，既然能用就应该有个过度，而不是直接关了在想新规则，比特股就是一次一次被你们搞成这样的。

Not by the guild but by committee members who stopped supporting a closed group operation.
Could you get funds without their agreement you would have continued not caring about any demands from both sides.
Even committee from cn-vote stopped supporting it.
