Title: "Import wallet" greyed out?

I'm trying to import an old protoshares wallet.dat file into bitshares0.9.3c.

I've created an account.  Then when trying to import through file->import account, the import account option is greyed out.

I've tryed 0.9.1 & 0.9.0.  Both show the same problem.

What's going on?

What would the fix be?
