Title: 6 committee AMM pools created

Six committee-managed AMM pools have been created and initialized with accumulated fees:

1.19.22 bitCNY:bitUSD
1.19.23 bitCNY:bitEUR
1.19.24 bitCNY:bitRUBLE
1.19.25 bitEUR:bitUSD
1.19.26 bitEUR:bitRUBLE
1.19.27 bitUSD:bitRUBLE

Update:
The withdrawal fee percentages of these 6 AMM liquidity pools have all been updated to 0 (zero). No change to the exchange fee percentages.
