RUDEX资产好像都不能和BTS交易了。

早就提醒过了。他们自己开新链了。不算跑路吧。

大概意思是：

BTS 这边所有RUDEX资产锁定，不可交易，不可转账。

5月25号到27号进行快照和数据迁移，迁移完成后开通新链上的充提。
